What is a Growth Group Leader? A Growth Group Leader is the point person for the group, they prepare in advance and help facilitate the group discussion/activity.
Requirements for being a Growth Group Leader:

Be a Member of EastLake Church (Next Membership Class is 9/28)
Be currently serving in a ministry at EastLake Church
Have participated in at least one Growth Group in a previous session

What is a Growth Group Host? A Growth Group Host is anyone with available space and a willingness to allow a Growth Group to meet at their home!
